Measure
Take a pea-sized amount - approximately 250mg. No scales needed. If it's roughly the size of a pea, you have it right.

Drop it into warm water or warm milk. Stir for a few seconds. Classically in Ayurveda, saffron milk is used - but warm water works perfectly.

Is this real Shilajit?
Yes. Our Shilajit is sourced from the high-altitude mountain regions of India and manufactured at a GMP-certified Ayurvedic facility with a valid manufacturing licence (DL-489A&U). Every batch is quality tested before it ships.
What does "purified using triphala concoction" mean?
Triphala is a classical Ayurvedic formulation made from three dried fruits. It's used to purify raw Shilajit - removing impurities while keeping the natural composition intact. The method is referenced in Rasatarangini AFI-I, one of Ayurveda's foundational texts. It takes longer than industrial processing. We do it anyway.
How much do I take and how often?
A pea-sized amount - approximately 250mg - once or twice daily dissolved in warm water or warm milk. One 20g jar provides approximately 50 days of supply at that dosage.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes. The resin contains Shilajit only - no animal-derived ingredients. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Can I take this if I have a health condition or I am on medication?
