Is the Shilajit in the honey sticks the same quality as the resin?
Yes. Same source, same GMP-certified manufacturing facility, same quality testing on every batch. The only difference between the products is format. The resin is Shilajit in its most concentrated traditional form. The honey sticks blend the same Shilajit with organic honey in a convenient daily stick.
Why is honey added?
Honey is a traditional Ayurvedic companion to Shilajit - referenced in classical Ayurvedic texts as a vehicle for Shilajit consumption. It makes the naturally earthy, mineral flavour much more palatable and supports the body in absorbing it. We use organic honey only. There are no artificial sweeteners or flavourings in this product.
How many sticks are in a pack and how long will it last?
Each pack contains 30 individually sealed sticks. At one stick per day - the recommended serving - one pack lasts 30 days.
Can I take this every day?
Yes - one stick daily is the intended use. Consistency over time is what Ayurvedic tradition recommends. If you have an existing health condition or are on medication, speak to your GP before starting any new supplement.
Are these suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
The honey sticks contain organic honey which is an animal product - so they are not suitable for vegans. They are suitable for vegetarians. If you are vegan, our Shilajit Resin contains Shilajit only and is fully vegan.
What if I want to return my order?
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Unopened products in original condition are eligible for a full refund. Email support@purevie.co.uk with your order number and we will sort it personally.
