We currently ship to UK addresses only. Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 working days from dispatch. We will send a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves us. Delivery timescales are estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for lost parcels once confirmed as delivered by the courier.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@purevie.co.uk. We will respond within 14 days of receipt.
- Unopened products in original condition may be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping costs
- For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement products
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied
